CTI is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.
- 15+ years' experience in an operational leadership capacity within the highly regulated environments (Banking or Fin Tech)
- A solid history of successful project management, team scaling, and achieving exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card schemes, and settlement processes
- Proven ability to lead significant change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and aligning new processes with organisational objectives and team strengths
- Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the implementation of customer-focused strategies
- Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising data to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiencies
- Experience in overseeing budgets and personnel within an operations division, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
- Proficient in addressing and resolving complex payment-related challenges
- Comprehensive understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC regulations and procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels
- Proven capacity to excel in a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
