Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations & Logistics to join our team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in fashion and extensive experience in shipping, warehousing, and end-to-end (E2 E) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the UK office operations, ensuring efficient and effective logistics processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for shipping and warehouse management.
- Understand and manage packaging, freighting, and E2 E operations.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with third-party logistics providers (3 PL).
- Monitor and score supplier performance and shipping processes.
- Ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and meets company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong strategic and hands-on leadership skills.
- Excellent understanding of packaging, freighting, and E2 E operations.
- Ability to manage relationships with 3 PL providers.
- Experience with a turnover of £30 million.
