An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role as Head of Proposition at a leading wealth management firm. This position offers the chance to drive strategy and innovation for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, ensuring sustainable growth and delivering excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the propositions strategy for the HNW segment, focusing on profitability and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape competitive propositions.
- Manage the end-to-end development, delivery, and maintenance of investment and financial planning propositions.
- Partner with distribution, investment, compliance, and other teams to align strategy and execution.
- Maintain governance and ensure propositions meet regulatory standards while delivering measurable value.
About You :
- Extensive experience in a senior proposition or commercial leadership role within wealth management.
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements, alongside investment management and financial planning expertise.
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Qualifications in investment management or financial advice are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Basic salary ranges from £130k-£150k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
