We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operational Controls and Risk to join our Insurance client. In this role you will strengthen operational resilience by overseeing controls and risks across operations, enhancing data management, ensuring control effectiveness, and promoting quality assurance in all processes.

Skills/Experience required:

• Extensive knowledge in specialty or P&C insurance
• Focus on cash flows, reinsurance processes, and multinational cash reconciliations
• Proven team leader with a collaborative approach, capable of managing teams and fostering development
• Deep knowledge of SOX controls, financial disclosures, and industry compliance
• Strong background in data management, governance, and diagnosing data issues to maintain data quality and integrity
• Skilled in process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and quality assurance, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
