Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Hybrid - London HQ Salary: £45,000-£60,000 (Uncapped Commission) Job Summary: My EV Charging client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Key Account Manager to support the Wholesale Market.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing key accounts, ensuring long-term value for the business through strong relationship management.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for building and maintaining relationships, and an understanding of the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities: Account Development: Identify and target key accounts within the wholesale market.

Develop strategic plans for account growth, focusing on long-term value creation.

Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies and objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.

Understand client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Utilise cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise account value.

Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to deliver seamless client experiences.

Coordinate with the finance team on pricing, invoicing, and payment issues.

Market Insights and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on account status and market conditions.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or similar role in the wholesale market.

Strong understanding of the wholesale industry, with experience in sectors such as Building Materials, Electronics, Renewable Energy and Utilities, Automotive Aftermarket, Consumer Electronics and Technology, Industrial Equipment and Electrical Components Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective account strategies.

Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

EV Charging experience is advantageous.
