Main purpose of the position:
As part of a leading Financial sector key account team, the Analyst mines data to shape a deeper understanding of performance ultimately supporting the drive for enhanced managerial decision making through the coordinated delivery of clear information. The successful analyst will be integral to operational delivery for key projects that are intended to reshape the operation through efficiency and improved service delivery. The analyst will link to various on-account and off-account ISS teams, client representatives and third-party operations to deliver actionable intelligence that drives positive business management.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with the Global Strategy Director to establish baseline performance metrics that link information together to create meaningful insights
Work with available financial and operational data to identify opportunities for business change
Develop materials, presentations bringing reports and data points to life in a clear and sensible manner
Mine data from existing reports and sources while supporting new methods to innovate and automate reporting
Coordinate with the team to develop test case (pilot) projects to evaluate opportunities for business efficiency based on the insights generated
Identify success criteria for pilot phase projects and support the tracking of outcomes from tests
Support key meetings such as business reviews and other sessions
Work closely with the digital services and business intelligence teams to leverage existing reports and formats while coordinating on bespoke elements when required Who you’ll work with:

Reports to -Global Strategy Director Key qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis (ideally within the real estate or FM sector) as well as prior experience with using data to drive business solutions
Proficiency in analysis such as cost ratios, productivity or success rates and other data modeling (understanding of financial analysis and ROI / NPV methodologies is a merit)
Technology literacy, including familiarity with Tableau, Powe Bi and similar tools
High data literacy and the ability to link data to a real-life setting
Ability to connect commercials to strategy through performing market research and trend analysis including feasibility of business initiatives and developing budgets
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance, economics or accounting. (Advanced qualifications such as an MBA are desirable)
