We are currently recruiting for a Professional Indemnity Underwriter to join our established and experienced Underwriting team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your Role This role involves working with selected brokers to optimise profitable growth. You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management, and business development techniques to help achieve this growth. This applies to a range of new and/or existing cases within our agreed process and defined underwriting appetite. You will spend most of your time working with your selected brokers, identifying, discussing, negotiating, and converting/renewing new/existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions. Within this role, you will underwrite Professional Indemnity policies. About You To be successful in your role as a Professional Indemnity Underwriter, you will require experience within Professional Indemnity Underwriting from either a New Business or Existing Business perspective. We will also consider you if you have PI experience in an MGA or Broking background. You will be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account. What we offer you At RSA, we put our people first.
