This particular role is within a team who provide support to clients in UK Payment Services. Key responsibilities of the Senior Compliance Associate; Provide support to clients on the legislations and regulatory requirements around UK Payment Services; Maintaining knowledge of regulations such as Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the Electronic Money Regulations 2017; Reviewing client documents, applying the necessary legal and regulatory frameworks; Provide support for FCA applications for various Payments Services firms; Answering client questions from a technical perspective; Occasional responsibility to attend clients' sites to perform Payment Services tasks; Assist in development of the business and team as they continue to grow; Become a trusted advisor to clients to maintain relationships; Supporting peers within your direct team and sharing best practices. Experience required of the Senior Compliance Associate; Relevant experience in the Payments sector of Financial Services; Ability to interpret and analyse data thoroughly; Be articulate in communications both written and verbally; Have a strong attention to detail ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner; Experience of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint; Strong ability to work within a team, whilst also having own initiative.
