Senior Delivery Recruiter – Purpose of the role: As a Senior Delivery Recruiter you will work as part of a delivery team that is focused on sourcing and delivering successful placements to our end customers. Deliver effective and efficient contract/interim placements to our key volume customers in line with personal performance targets. Senior Delivery Recruiter – You: Experienced in managing the full recruitment life-cycle – including permanent, temps, contractors, interim consultants, bench and fixed term consultants. A competitive individual who will lead by example and is passionate about delivering exceptional results and recruitment best practice. Excellent interpersonal skills with all members of the team. Proven experience in identifying, attracting, sourcing and head-hunting candidates for contract/interim requirements Excellent candidate engagement and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills – oral and written – majority of your time will be spent on the phone talking to candidates Strong Commercial awareness Attention to detail in all aspects for work Creative thinking Strong and proactive team player Target driven & competitive What’s it like to work at Outsource?
