Weare looking for a Sales Development Representative to support Microlise’s future partnerships, to enable a safe, efficient andsustainable connected world. As a key member of the Marketingteam, you will be pivotal in generating leads and salesappointments, through the identification of new businessopportunities and the outreach to prospects through telephone,email, social media, and other digital tools. Then we’d love to hear fromyou. What you will be doing Setting Appointments: Schedule high-quality meetings for our sales team, ensuring theymeet agreed quality standards.
Outreach: Use phone, email, socialmedia, and other tools to engage prospects and spark interest in Microlise’s solutions.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify newbusiness opportunities, ensuring they align with ourgoals.
Follow-Up Management: Ensure all leads are followed uppromptly, meeting agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
CRMManagement: Keep our systems updated with accurate and detailedrecords of your activities.
Building Expertise: Develop a strongunderstanding of Microlise products and services to communicatevalue effectively.
Performance Ownership: Take full accountabilityfor achieving individual KPIs, staying aware of progress, andproactively adjusting activities to meet or exceedtargets. What we are looking for Previous experience in abusiness development role, ideally within technology, transport, ora similar B2 B environment.
