The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor , you'll play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of this exciting project, ensuring profitability and smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing project costs, contracts, and procurement strategies

-Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts

-Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

-Identifying and mitigating commercial risks

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Quantity Surveyor in construction

- Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and project-driven

- License: Full, clean UK driving license
