Broker Buisness Development Manager

Remote or London based, office location in London if you prefer

Salary £45-£60 K basic + comms


My client is a flexible funding solution aimed at SME businesses in the UK - We are aiming to support businesses with work capital utalising trade finance, invoice finance & revolving credit.


We have an international entity & series A funding behind us allowing us to have brilliant basis to grow in the UK... After 3 yrs of trading, we have broke record over last 12 months consistently so we are looking for a new addition in the Partnership team!


As Partner Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish the right partnerships and convert partner-generated prospects into customers.


This role is crucial in building a strong pipeline of leads through partnerships with key players in the ecommerce and wholesale sectors, including commercial brokers and service providers...


Main responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential partners by introducing and educating them on my clients lending product & how it can benefit SME businesses in the UK
  • Enagage with a diverse range of introducing partners - Work with an exsisting lending panel and bring new partners to the panel
  • Take full responsibility for building a strong new business sales pipeline from partners in a structured and proactive manner, guiding prospects through the sales funnel to convert them into customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive warm referrals, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, fostering long-term buy-in and strong partnerships.


Skills & Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership-oriented, customer-facing roles, specifically in sales within the UK SME Lending Market
  • Good understanding of basic financial metrics - Ability to analyse what a 'good' deal looks like and have a good relationship with credit
  • Ambitious with a strong drive to smash sales goals.
  • Passionate, with a can-do attitude and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and Treyd.
  • Naturally curious, always on the lookout to learn more, and see every challenge as a chance to grow.
