Finance Business Partner - Stevenage Up to £450 a day Hybrid working in Stevenage10 month contract Responsibilities Provide support across the Commercial Finance Team Support Senior Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects Be an effective and trusted business partner to all capital and projects, providing value-adding decision support and insight Provide financial leadership on strategically important business initiatives and clear insight into the progress made towards achieving business and financial targets Deliver the annual budget and re-forecasts for Capital and Opex Projects Robustly analyze expenditure on a monthly basis and provide clear management summaries for senior stakeholders Reporting, budgeting, forecasting & analysis Ensure capex reporting is accurate, working alongside Financial Accounting to ensure projects are accurately reported and accrued Work with respective finance and business areas to understand risks & opportunities on capex / project plans Provide financial support and guidance to your business partners on a wide range of ad hoc queries Support the Project Management Office Function to ensure costs are accurately reported and accrued Support and drive the business change agenda, continually seeking to improve processes Work closely with HR to significantly improve visibility of the overall resource levels of the business and provide clear reporting to senior management Ad-hoc analysis as required and support of business partnering across all cost areas
