The Job Role
- A General Manager to lead a busy cocktail venue.
- A General Manager to manage and run the business day to day
- A General Manager to see the future of the cocktail venue and new aspects, ideas and adventures to take the venue on.
- A General Manager to continually drive standards of Drinks and entertainment services forward within the cocktail venue.
- A General Manager with ideas and creative as you will have autonomy of the menus on site.
- Developing a high-performing and motivated team
- A General Manager that a large personality that will match with the venue.
The Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night cocktail environment.
- A General Manager with proven experience in a similar venue role.
- A General Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
- Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
