We are looking for proactive and driven Head Bartender to join our Team.

Come join us What youll do You will be responsible for the ordering, and overall maintenance of the Bar Operations Ensuring smooth preparation and serving drinks to guests in the Mezzanine and Lounge Understanding a high standard of mixology to create classics and bespoke drinks in accordance with guests needs and expectations.

Be involved in creating drinks menus and ideas for Mezzanine and Lounge Bar Maintaining positive interactions while accurately mixing/serving beverages to guests Provide a friendly, personal and professional service at all times Ensure good communication with all your superiors and colleagues Maintain excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage offers Ensure that all Company standards and procedures are met whilst on service.
