Responsibilities Overseeing the implementation and review of health, safety, and fire policies, ensuring compliance is met, according to safety legislation. Working with external agencies, safety consultants, and inspection bodies as-and-when necessary. Leading audits, investigations, and risk assessments across the education campus. Providing expert advice to all departments and staff on health, safety, and fire matters. Organising and delivering safety training programs to ensure a safe environment for staff, pupils, and visitors. Minimum Requirements NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant IOSH accreditation. NEBOSH Fire & Risk Management certification. Proven experience in a Health and Safety role of similar setting. Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering training. A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
