Tajness is the way we do what we do The role: As a Chef De Partie , looking after the Dim Sum section your role will consist of: Maintain a high level of functionality and efficiency, demonstrating food cost control practices.

Ensure high standards of hygiene as per HACCP standards within the kitchen as well as your section.

Running the section in a smooth and efficient manner.

Preparing & steaming of stuffed, open, translucent, varieties of flavoured/shaped skinned Dim sums.

Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene regulations.
