Job Opportunity: Chef de Rang at Remy/Enchanté, the gastronomic restaurant on Disney Cruise Line Location: Aboard Disney Cruise Line, primarily navigating the beautiful waters of the Bahamas and the Caribbean, based in Florida.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang to join the multicultural dining room team.

The restaurant has a capacity of 64 covers and provides brunch and dinner.

All services are one seating only and the guest experience for dinner lasts approximately 3 hours giving the crew time to make this journey exceptional.

The Chef de Rang is in charge of a section of 10 to 12 guests in the restaurant.

Working on a cruise ship has its challenges, with long hours and time away from home.

However, the rewards are substantial.

Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Rang (or equivalent) in a gastronomic/fine dining environment.

Strong guest service and leadership skills.

Wine knowledge Conditions Contract: 4 months onboard, renewable indefinitely.

Salary: between $5000 and $6000 per month (tax-free).

Off Time: Access to crew and officer amenities such as a gym, bar, library, and pool.

Youll also have the opportunity to explore ports of call, including Disney Cruise Lines private island, Castaway Cay, featuring a private beach and bar for crew members.

Travel: your flights will be organised and paid for by Disney Cruise Line.
