The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking for a full-time F&B Assistant t o take ownership for the areas within responsibility and focusing on presentation standards, customer service excellence, revenue generation and profitability.

Key Information: Role: F&B Assistant Salary: £11.44 per hour service charge The successful candidate will be working in a busy, fast paced environment and have a thirst for knowledge and learning while ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with our guest expectations, and be a team player.

Your Key focus will be: To maximise client satisfaction by ensuring that the quality of service is maintained at the standards required within the Order Takers Station area.

To encourage return custom through effective communication and positive teamwork and motivation of staff within the Order takers Station Area.

To liaise with the F&B Services Manager regarding service and any other information of relevance.

To be responsible for taking food orders correctly and completely whilst being as informative as possible to the client.

To ensure station area is kept in a clean hygienic, tidy, neat state at all times and that mise-en-place is prepared as per standards of the F&B Department.

To act upon opportunities in and outside of your department taking ownership to fulfil guest needs.
