We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for a new, contemporary independently owned 100-seat 'all day dining' Restaurant & Bar with outside terrace, that opened in the heart of Greenwich in mid-summer.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced 'hands-on', guest focused, Restaurant Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Restaurant Manager, gained within contemporary restaurants to a minimum of Two AA Rosette standard.

The successful candidate for the role of Restaurant Manager will report directly to the business founder and Managing Director, and will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant.

This role will include managing, coaching and developing the restaurant floor & bar service team, writing the weekly rotas, and building relationships with guests and other local businesses in the area to ensure regular repeat business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join this newly opened restaurant with expansion plans for future restaurant openings over the next three years.
