We’re Looking For : Qualifications : You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

Experience : You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.

Key Responsibilities: Lead from the front! As the shift lead, you’ll mentor, coach, and inspire your team to bring their A-game.

Be the problem-solver, the motivator, and the role model for the children in your care.

Forge deep connections with our multi-disciplinary teams to craft unique, child-centric care plans.

Get hands-on: whether it’s helping with homework, exploring the outdoors, or just being the steady presence they can rely on, you’ll make every day count.

Benefits: Base salary of £32914 - £35104 plus £3900 annual sleep in allowance.  Condensed shifts: 2 days on, 4 days off on a rolling rota (yes, this means work-life balance is real here!).  5.6 weeks annual leave.  Additional leave at 2- and 5-years’ service.
