An exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Housing Manager to take on a leadership role in our fully-mutual Housing Co-operative in the South Hampstead conservation area, close to Finchley Road Tube Station. The Housing Manager will be based on-site, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional evening meetings. The role typically includes: Running the office and managing its small staff team Supporting member-tenants with housing needs by telephone, email and in person Financial management of rents and budgets Providing advice to Management Committee on housing management matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements Liaising with the Co-op’s chairs of working parties and sub-committees Providing excellent and organised administrative support with effective communication Compiling relevant documents for meetings and taking concise and accurate minutes Administration of monthly Management Committee meetings and General Meetings See the Job Description for full details.
