Euro Foods Group is looking for HR Executive Job Description / Responsibility Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
Support the implementation of performance review systems.
Assisted in identifying employee training and development needs.
Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and activities.
Collaborate with the legal team to maintain workplace standards.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Organize and manage employee engagement activities.
Educational Requirements Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with a good academic record.
Excellent communication skills in English (IELTS score of 6.0+ is mandatory).
Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Labor Law, payroll management, Talent Acquisition and Management Experience Requirements 3 to 6 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread) Additional Requirements Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
