They are looking to hire and develop passionate, talented consultants who can help their clients with their most pressing challenging, working alongside their leadership teams.

They have a strong focus on personal and professional development, with a partner to consultant ratio of 1:4.

Requirements: A minimum of 7-10 years’ consulting experience A current level of at least ‘Manager’ or ‘Senior Manager’ grade or equivalent at a top-tier consulting firm Experience managing a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills Experience managing teams across full, end-to-end transformations from strategy to deployment A key interest in technology and tech enabled solutions.
