We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Configuration Manager to join our team at Quest Global.

You will play a crucial role in the delivery of major capability to the Typhoon Core Nations and our Export Customers.

Your work within the Avionics Software Management Group team will directly influence the release of these capabilities.

Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure compliance with licenses and export control requirements for media creation requests.

The ideal candidate will be able to make informed decisions, prioritise work effectively, and work independently to meet deadlines.

This role requires a candidate who can handle the intricacies of compliance with licenses and export control requirements for media creation requests.

Work Experience Responsibilities : • Review Media Creation Requests and assess licenses and export control requirements • Follow instructions and processes to ensure compliance with regulations • Act as a second pair of eyes to check licenses prepared by lower-level employees • Prioritise work effectively, managing multiple media creation requests • Collaborate with different teams and utilise Typhoon domain software to aid decision-making • Provide technical assistance and support as needed to the rest of the team Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulations • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work independently • Prior experience in compliance or a related field preferred • Knowledge of export control regulations and licensing requirements • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to integrate information from different sources and provide accurate recommendations to senior leadership / internal stakeholders • Security Clearance Required
