Software Development Team Leader Onsite in Carlisle Own transport is essential £50,000 - £70,000 pa My client is seeking to appoint a new Software Team Leader who will manage a team consisting of 3 people, you will be responsible for: Management of the third-party software provider Day-to-day support of the entire software ecosystem Identify and resolve program errors / bugs / issues Test fixes and post resolution follow ups to ensure problems have been fully resolved Liaison with internal staff, external software vendors, and customer base to ensure the software is meeting stakeholder requirements Creation of business and system requirement specifications / change requests Manage the (mainly external) development of system enhancements and changes Create system specifications, diagrams, change requests Produce and maintain business processes documentation Testing new software development / assess against specification Provide end-user training as necessary with regards to the deployment of new applications, and application enhancements. Identify user requirements and develop solutions for reporting, queries, data extraction and business processes Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, customers and end-users.
