Job overview We are looking for a Full time, Band 7 District Nurse Lead to join our Community Nursing teams within Community Services Bury. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the District Nursing Team, working alongside the team leaders and service managers and will influence promoting a quality service whilst achieving high standards of assessment for personalised care plans, enabling excellent care delivery to patients within their own home.

Main duties of the job The role will support the management of our most complex patients, and provide clinical leadership.

Therefore, candidates with experience of long term conditions, end of life and wound care will be needed.

You will work with our Clinical lead nurses and service managers and will will influence promoting a quality service whilst achieving high standards of assessment for personalised care plans, enabling excellent care delivery to patients, in their own home or within local clinic settings.
