Key duties: Manage the direction of the overall HR operations and working closely with the CFO to drive the People agenda globally Line manage a small HR team based in London Work with the Recruitment Manager to implement Recruitment strategy, aligning with business objectives Identify training needs and develop training programmes, managing relationships with external facilitators Advise and guide on HR best practice on all Employee Relations matters Be a champion for Company Values and Employee Engagement What is the company looking for? 5-10 years' HR experience in a start up / scale up organisation Ownership of HR operations Demonstrable experience supporting US markets / client groups is highly desirable Forward-thinking, dynamic and analytically minded approach.
