Role Overview As a Clippd Senior Product Designer, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and play a vital role in bridging the gap between product innovation and product design to deliver optimal user experience.
You will help shape and create market-setting products and features that help us achieve our company’s strategic goals.
Leveraging your deep understanding of user experience, customer research and user-centric product design, you will work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, support and finance teams to ensure successful product delivery.
This is a hybrid role, consisting of at least two days per week in our London-based office.
Key Responsibilities Product Design: Help shape compelling products and features designed to achieve Clippd commercial and/or operational outcomes.
Design best-in-class product design solutions.
Approach every problem with a lean mindset, supporting product quality, innovation, and rapid time to market.
Understand and evaluate complex IA to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Implement and manage design standards.
Equal strengths in both UX and UI design.
Customer-Centric Approach: Engage directly and regularly with customers and partners to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback.
Ensure customer insights are integrated into product decisions to create solutions that solve real problems for users and/or for Clippd in delivering its products and features to the market.
Work with users to understand their needs and pain points and to identify opportunities for improvement and new ideas Plan and execute user research, including usability and viability testing, surveys and focus groups Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product management and engineering team members to create solutions that work for users and that balance elegance with time-to-market to help achieve the targeted business outcomes.
Participate in the discovery process with an open and inquisitive mindset.
Engage with the team to consider, challenge, and refine suggestions, driving products to successful delivery.
Present concepts and designs to key stakeholders from across the business on a regular basis.
Quality Assurance and Documentation: Ensure that development work aligns closely with design specifications Create and manage a robust design system Analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement Monitor app performance from a design perspective, ensuring it remains consistent and high-quality across different platforms and devices Help product teams define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and churn modelling to optimise product performance and user experience.
Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and innovative.

5 years of user experience design, user interface design and data visualisation experience for both mobile and desktop applications.
5 years experience working with Saa S products.
Able to join the team in the Clippd London office (just off Leicester Square) at least 2 times per week.
Golf knowledge, playing experience and interest in golf data & analytics essential.
Demonstrated experience with a proven track record of successfully managing or assisting the delivery of products throughout their lifecycle from ideation to production.
Strategic thinker with solid experience in helping execute a product vision to achieve business goals.
Experience in working with cross-functional and international teams.
Passionate about solving problems for customers and partners.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability and passion for working in a high-paced, startup environment.
Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and find solutions that meet both internal and external needs.
