Job Title: Senior Ribbon Engineer Contract: Permanent Type: Hybrid Role Location: London We’re looking for a Senior Ribbon Engineer to join an innovative company that helps businesses connect their technology systems and adapt to the digital age.

You will take ownership of the Ribbon SBCaa S platform (SBC Core, PSX, RAMP, & Analytics), working to deliver seamless service for customers while maintaining and evolving their platform.

What you’ll do: Customer Service Management: Provision and decommission services, onboard/offboard carriers, and manage customer tickets.

Platform Maintenance: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, backups, patches, and proactive monitoring.

Platform Development: Lead upgrades, create proofs of concept, and update documentation.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver top-notch service.

Team Development: Mentor and coach junior staff.

What they are looking for: Experience: 5 years with Ribbon Core SBC.

Certification: SBC Core and PSX Support Professional (additional Ribbon certifications are a bonus).

Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Highly organized with a customer-focused mindset.

Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of UDP/TCP and Linux is desirable.
