Are you a passionate coder eager to make a tangible impact in a dynamic start-up? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Software Engineer to enhance our B2 C wellness product, focusing on optimising our web app and chatbot.

Working under the Product Manager, you’ll develop scalable solutions and contribute to our fast-evolving tech stack.

Responsibilities Work closely with the Product Manager to improve our web app and chatbot for optimal user experience.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or Fast API.

Solve data-driven challenges with effective, scalable solutions.

Enhance backend systems for performance and reliability.

Utilise AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3) and relational databases like My SQL or Postgre SQL.

Follow best practices in version control, testing, and code quality.

Support the integration of NLP techniques to improve chatbot functionality.

Skills Proficiency in Python , with exposure to frameworks like Flask or Fast API.

Knowledge of NLP/LLM techniques , especially prompt engineering.

Familiarity with OOP principles , SOLID , RESTful APIs , and common design patterns.

Experience with Git , Redis , and AWS Cloud Services (e.g., EC2 , S3 ).

Basic understanding of databases such as My SQL , SQL Server , or Postgre SQL.

Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a quick-learning mindset.

Additionally, familiarity with Nginx , Kafka , asynchronous programming , multi-threaded programming , software architecture principles , and the full software development lifecycle are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications A degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field.

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Strong academic foundation in algorithms , data structures , and software design principles.
