This role will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide the best service to existing and potential customers at all stages of the customer journey. You will support key customers through different communication channels such as email and telephone.This role will offer excellent development and progression opportunities. If you are looking for a new challenge and have excellent customer service skills then this is the role for you.Role Responsibilities:Take ownership of member/customer enquiries through multiple contact channels, with a laser focus on standards and quality of serviceMeeting and exceeding our team targets and Key Performance Indicators for response times and quality of service.Provide a first-class customer experience and service, seeking first contact resolution where possible, managing customer expectation in a personalised and efficient manner.Act as first point of contact for complaints, concerns and disputes. Ensuring any expression of dissatisfaction is reported in line with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.You will identify opportunities to improve our products and services from building extensive and in-depth knowledge of our member’s feedback.Manage channel contact and demand, demonstrating flexibility and accuracy.You will become a subject matter expert in providing guidance on our available grades of membership and criteria.Work in closely with other business areas when needed to ensure the service to our members/customers is seamless.Candidate Requirements:You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, proactive customer centric attitude.The ability to actively listen and question around our members needs to effectively find solutions in a timely manner.You will have previous experience of working withing a customer focused organisation.You will have excellent attention to detail, demonstrating high standard of output in a fast paced, team environment.You will have experience of working with multiple systems and databases to maintain accurate and secure customer records.For more information please contact Codie Smith.Pertemps acts as both an employment business and an employment agency
