Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters, delivering bespoke solutions to meet clients’ needs.
2. Advise on restructuring strategies.
3. Draft and review legal documents.
4. Represent clients in court.
5. Collaborate with financial advisors and regulatory authorities.
6. Supervise junior members (advantageous).

Qualifications:

1. 3-8 Years PQE with another leading law firm.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
