Job description Locum Mental Health Pharmacist - Peterborough Hunter AHP are looking for a pharmacist in Peterborough.

An esteemed hospital service is recruiting an experienced GPh C-pharmacist to join the division on a locum contract.

The post holder will clinically screen and monitor prescriptions to ensure safe use of medicines as well as participate in medicine reconcilliation for newly admitted patients.

The main duty of the post is to provide excellent pharmacy services to the wider multidisciplinary team and help with overall patient care throughout the trust's pharmacy team. – Locum Mental Health Pharmacist– £32-36 per hour paid directly from the trust– Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period– Flexible leave + indemnity insurance covered Not available for this position?
