Sales and Customer Service Executive

Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

This role involves handling inbound calls and emails from a diverse customer base, including regular, legacy, and new business clients. You will take accurate order information, provide technical product details, and prepare precise pricing and quotations. This position is not outbound sales, but focuses on delivering excellent service and maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email

• Taking accurate orders and processing them efficiently

• Providing technical product information and guidance

• Preparing and issuing quotations and pricing, using calculators confidently

• Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to support their needs

• Re-engaging legacy customers in a professional, helpful manner

• Collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Keeping detailed, accurate records of orders and customer communication
