You'll be sourcing and securing skilled, self-employed site operatives, using an ATS to streamline recruitment processes and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.

The role is ideal for someone who’s used to reacting quickly to changing demands — you'll need to handle short-notice staffing requests and redeployments with ease, keeping everything moving smoothly.

Beyond the logistics, you will be responsible for building rapport with workers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role — either in construction recruitment, labour coordination, or workforce management.

An understanding of CIS regulations would be a big plus, and being comfortable with recruitment software and systems is a must.
