Internal Trainer Shape the Future of Social Care Learning

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Blue Ribbon as our Internal Trainer.
About the Role
As a Internal Trainer, you will:
- Design and deliver blended training programmes aligned to industry best practice and company policies.
- Facilitate engaging courses on key topics such as:
- Manual Handling
- First Aid
- Learning Disability and Autism Awareness
- Lead on the training journey of our employees, from induction to career development.
- Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure our teams have access to the right resources at the right time.
- Support with the development and integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Embed Care Certificate Standards and contribute to workforce planning, including the use of apprenticeships.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience delivering training in health and social care settings.
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or higher.
- A PTLLS qualification (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- A Train the Trainer qualification in Moving & Handling (or willingness to obtain).
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and industry standards, including Care Certificate and RRN
- At least 2 years' experience in the healthcare profession.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- IT literate able to use Microsoft Office, Google tools, and LMS platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) standards.
- Experience in using apprenticeships for team development.
- Experience delivering training across multiple service types and geographical locations.
