Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on publicly listed companies and develop robust investment theses Design work plans, source information, build financial models, and assess valuation to make portfolio recommendations Conduct due diligence interviews with company management and independent experts Present investment research in team meetings and one-on-one settings Write details notes summarizing investment theses Evaluate investment research and decisions made by other team members and contribute to their portfolio recommendations Requirements: Undergraduate degree with excellent academic qualifications 3-7 years’ buy-side experience Passion for investing and ability to carefully consider risk and reward Strong financial and commercial analytic skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player Personal Attributes: Self-awareness and humility Intellectually curious Deep integrity and independence of mind Committed to continuous improvement and learning Strong EQ and respect for the views of others Ability to listen and ask the right questions to extract relevant information from companies Due to the increased applications for this role, we apologise that you may not get a response unless you fit the criteria.
