About the Role
As the Corporate Knowledge Lawyer , you'll be integral to the Private Equity team , supporting private equity houses, management teams, and investee companies across the full life cycle of private equity transactions. You will:
1. Legal Updates and Developments
- Keep the team informed on legal and regulatory changes affecting Private Equity.
- Circulate updates and analyse their impact on internal know-how and resources.
- Address team queries and oversee legal research.
2. Precedents and Internal Know-How
- Develop and maintain a bank of precedents, ensuring timely updates.
- Facilitate post-deal debriefs and coordinate updates to internal materials.
- Streamline processes for bible and portfolio site management.
3. Training and New Joiner Support
- Coordinate and deliver training programs for associates, new joiners, and clients.
- Create and update best practice guides and ensure access to key legal resources.
- Support innovation projects such as document automation and AI tools.
You'll collaborate closely with the firm-wide Head of Knowledge Management and contribute to firm-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and client service.
