Company Commercial Solicitor – City of London

This forward thinking City firm is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join the team and play a key role in their continued success.

In this role you will be working closely with the partners and the rest of the team acting for the firms established client base which includes PLCs, SMEs and Start-Ups.

There are excellent future prospects including partnership available to you.

The firm has a collegiate culture, hybrid working and an excellent relationship with their clients.

You will be dealing with: -

Corporate work, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Management buy-outs/buy-ins
• Asset sales and purchases
• Venture capital investments
• Company restructuring
• Share incentive and share option schemes

Commercial contract work, including: -

• Licensing
• Franchising
• Distribution Agreement
• Supply Agreements
• Company Terms and Conditions

The role would suit you if you are a company commercial associate or senior associate looking for a firm where you can progress and grow. The firm would also be open to hiring at partner level for the right individual.
