THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor (c 2-5 pqe) to join a highly regarded international legal department. You will be responsible for a broad-ranging co/co/IT workload.
The core areas of work will cover:
- Data/software contracts
- Outsourcing agreements
- NDAs
- Client agreements and amendments for new products and customers
- Vendor agreements
- Software license agreements
- Standard terms of business
- Intra-group agreements
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid commercial contracts background, ideally with experience gained in the financial services, commercial, or technology sectors.
You will enjoy working in a business-facing role, with the confidence and technical skills to manage processes from start to finish.
