The role will involve advising some of the largest and most well-known fund sponsors and fund investors in the industry on a broad range of private funds matters, including structuring, marketing, and operation of private funds and private fund managers, as well as the structuring of sponsor-to-sponsor deals.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 5+ years PQE currently working at leading Private Funds practices based in London and keen to take their career to the next level. Stellar academics and a stable career record are required.
