THE ROLE
An opportunity for a diligent and self-starting lawyer looking to join the Commercial Litigation team to deal with cases of significant size and complexity.
You will have experience in a junior or mid-level management role and a developed understanding of all aspects of commercial litigation.
Able to manage a small team, your caseload may include:
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Arbitration proceedings
- Complex contractual disputes
- Tortious claims
- Professional negligence
- Injunctive proceedings, particularly freezing injunctions
Candidates with tax disputes experience would be of interest.
THE CANDIDATE
A commercial litigation solicitor with 5+ PQE, you will have a wide range of litigation experience, ideally client-facing.
While a following is not essential, you are likely to have strong client contacts and be willing to develop business as part of your role within this collegial team.
