THE ROLE
Construction law solicitor with non-contentious, transactional experience with at least 2 PQE in the practice area (no limit on PQE at present).
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate must have specific experience in:
- JCT contracts
- Warranties
- Joint ventures
- Developments
- Property contracts
- Forward funding agreements
- Transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructors, and third parties (e.g., social housing, energy centres)
They must also have a detailed working understanding of development agreements.
The role is to support the lead partner in the team to continue to develop the growing department/team.
Salary commensurate with experience.
