About the Role:
Hunter Savage is delighted to partner with a growing law firm in Surrey that is looking to expand its Private Client team. This firm, with 9 offices across London and the South East, offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join its dynamic and supportive team. We are seeking solicitors with experience in wills, estate planning, and probate, and are considering candidates across all PQE levels (2+ years).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on wills, estate planning, and probate matters.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring the highest standards of client service.
- Assist clients with the drafting of wills, setting up trusts, and estate administration.
- Handle complex probate cases and offer tailored solutions for estate planning.
- Work closely with the Private Client team, contributing to the department's growth.
Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law.
- Strong experience in wills, estate planning, and probate.
- Excellent client management skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
