Our global client is looking for a Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department. They are seeking a commercial lawyer with strong experience in large complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation. You will receive full support to develop your technical and commercial skills, with opportunities for progression within the team.
Remote Working Opportunity: The head office is based in London, and they would consider candidates who can come into the office two to three days a week. If candidates prefer to work in the office more, that option is also available.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with strong experience in large complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Have between 4 - 8 years PQE.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commercial/business outlook to their work.
- Join a highly regarded and successful in-house legal team dealing with interesting, multi-jurisdictional work.
Our client envisages that candidates with between 4 to 8 years PQE will have the relevant skills and knowledge for this position; however, this is an approximate guide, and our client is happy to consider applications from candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but possess the relevant experience.
