About The Role We are now looking to recruit a strategic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of New Sales & Partnerships.

The position will require a dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset, who can align the growth strategy with our long- term vision.

To do so, the Head of New Sales & Partnerships will manage and coach our sales team to exceed targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new revenue and expand our market presence.

Drive the introduction of new products that address customer needs and generate business growth.

Manage margins, negotiate contracts, and oversee commercial agreements to ensure profitability and long-term success.

Lead the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Proactively pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client engagement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a business development, sales, or growth-related roles and in a leadership position.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth strategies that resulted in significant revenue increases.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving goals.

Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Previous experience in the bakery, food or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
