Purpose As a Key Account Manager for MPowered Mortgages, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our mortgage business. You will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities from corporate and intermediary relationships within the mortgage industry. The role will involve building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders, including mortgage brokers, principals, and other industry partners, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of success in business development. We are looking for two KAMs to cover Midlands and East Anglia.   Job Role Accountabilities Quickly develop and demonstrate a full and confident understanding of MPowered Mortgage's unique product and the associated sales process. Generating new business and managing and developing relationships with key partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing the highest level of service to all customers. Examples of Key Activities Contributing to product development by sharing feedback, ideas, and recommendations with colleagues. Building and championing the sales team while showing the ability and willingness to support and work in partnership with other business functions. Establish strong working relationships with Mortgage brokers, principals, and other key stakeholders. Qualification, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Qualifications Essential Desirable Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience CeMAP Full UK Drivers license   Skills and Knowledge   Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to be accountable for their own decisions. The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.   Experience   Experience in sales or account management, ideally in the mortgage market Experience working in a mortgage-specific sales role in a similar role Existing broker relationships.
