To ‘Cotton On’ means to understand or discover the potential of a great idea. In 1991 we opened our first retail store in Geelong, and since then we've taken our ideas to the globe. Today the Cotton On Group is Australia’s largest fashion brand, with over 1,300 stores in more than 16 countries across the world, driven by a team of over 19,000 passionate people. We’re making sure our vision for what our customers want is delivered every time.
Our genuine belief and will to succeed has seen the group expand into sleepwear, intimates and active wear with Cotton On Body, footwear with Rubi shoes, children’s apparel with Cotton On Kids, youth fashion with Factorie, lifestyle store Typo, custom print tees with T-Bar, tween brand FREE by Cotton On and party wear by Supré, all underpinned by the same value proposition.
We want to give people the latest fashion at the right price. Value drives everything we do. In fact, if an idea doesn't add value to our customers, our people, our brand or the community, we keep working on it until it does. Our culture is built around a solid set of ethics that underpin who we are, what we do, what we create and who we do business with. Our future success depends on us making responsible social and corporate decisions, which positively impact the people around us and improve their lives.
The Cotton On Foundation is the lifeblood that makes the Cotton On Group what it is today and our people and customers from around the globe get involved to help empower youth and take action. We get involved, roll up our sleeves and make things happen. We've always stayed true to our roots, and have an optimistic view of the world.
When we put our mind towards something, there’s no stopping us. From our first store to our thousandth, we’re always looking to the horizon for the next big adventure. touch
