They are now looking to grow their team by adding a new Business Development Head to the team to grow offerings throughout the West Midlands region ( Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool ).

Key responsibilities: Execute strategic plans, hitting and exceeding targets.
Identify and evaluate new development opportunities, market trends and present to gain leadership support; activating new centre activity and development.
Managing CMR systems and regularly updated to wider team on business development.
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Support commercial, marketing and referral engagement activities to help drive business.
Experience: Medical device sales experience.
Strong target-based sales performance; strategic with proven tactical delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
Proven ability to make good decisions, using good judgement.
Evenings and weekends will occasionally be required.
Full valid driving license.
Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
